CCLS new members understand the written contract sets forth the terms of your Concealed Carry Legal Services membership including any exclusions or limitations, and agree to be bound by the same. You understand that CCLS will mail the written contract to your address stated above within thirty (30) days. If you have not received your contract within thirty (30) days, it is your responsibility to call Concealed Carry Legal Services Customer Service at 713-520-7667 to obtain your copy. The written contract, together with this membership application, constitutes the entire agreement between the CCLS and the individual member with respect to the membership, and there are no agreements, understandings, warranties, or representations other than as set forth herein and in the membership contract.

IMPORTANT: You must have a valid CHL license or permit issued by the State of Texas in order to be eligible for this service. You certify you are legally residing in the United States of America.

Concealed Carry Legal Services will not disclose any applicant and/or membership information other than incidental information required for servicing application without prior consent of applicant and/or member.

Payment Options

If you would like to pay with a check or money order:

Print form and Send a check or money order by US Postal Service or other land mail service.

If you would like to pay with a credit card, we use PayPal for payment processing, which allows us to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal payments.

For your privacy and protection, CCLS uses PayPal for our membership fee payment processing. PayPal is safe and secure. CCLS is a PayPal Verified Business. Your personal information entered above will be passed to a PayPal secure website. CCLS does not and will never have access to any of your PayPal account and/or credit card information. We pass the information above to PayPal, which will process it on their secure server, then send you back to our server after you are done paying. Your CCLS membership information will be e-mailed to you upon confirmation from PayPal of your paid membership to CCLS. You may cancel your CCLS membership thru PayPal at any time.
